At Vida Luxe Estates, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the highest level of service and preparation for every guest.

Reservation & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival as specified in your reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Terms

• 30+ days before arrival
  Full refund of all payments made (excluding processing fees, if applicable).

• 14–29 days before arrival
  50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 14 days before arrival
  Non-refundable.

No-Show & Early Departure

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Early departures or unused nights are non-refundable.

Date Changes

One-time date change may be permitted (subject to availability) if requested at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Force Majeure

Vida Luxe Estates is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (weather conditions, travel disruptions, government restrictions, etc.). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
